**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate local projects as process expert consultant.
- Gather from end user and Operation processes, pain points, requirements, and document it on Design / Conceptual documents.
- Propose and define process optimizations and new features.
- Monitor development teams and track progress.
- Collaborate on functional testing.
- Participate on status sessions.
- Prepare progress status presentations.
- When issues, collaborate on troubleshooting.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Advanced/conversational English
- Remote work, from Mexico.
- 3+ Years of experience
- Experience on clients of USA.
- Experience onUSA dispatch systems (Command, Apex, RMS, ARKIK).
- Communications and teamwork skills.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
