**Chief of Staff - HR**
**Main purpose**
The Talent Chief of Staff (CoS)/ supports the functional area of Talent: Talent Acquisition, Culture & Diversity, Talent Management, Learning, Change Management and Digital, interfacing extensively across HR and the business to drive employee experience.
The CoS will serve as PMO and key contact for internal leadership and headquarters for inquiries to the status of projects across the organization. Additionally, the CoS is responsible for a wide range of duties in support of the health of the entire Talent Team and leading inter functional projects, ensuring the connection of a cross functional agenda to work on key priorities.
**Accountabilities**
- Partners closely with Talent Leadership Latam Team to structure and drive strategic project roadmap, guaranteeing that projects are executed on time, within budget and within scope.
- Provides progress visibility of key initiatives to key stakeholders (HRLT, GTLT, etc.)
- Supports the process of Ideate, incubate, develop and execute Talent Team division-level strategy and improve current strategic initiatives.
- Acts as a front line to the Talent VP, helping prioritize and focus efforts of self and others towards the areas of highest impact.
- Provide strategic leadership and spearhead transformation initiatives for the Talent Team, including HR engagement, HR Town Halls, global COEs reporting, etc.
- Oversee a broad spectrum of activities, ranging from highly strategic to tactical, and play a key role in helping the organization focus on achieving the business goals. Partner with business leaders of all levels and functions across the organization, acting as point person to lead policy enhancement, process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Gathers insights through understanding of analytics & reports to support decision making process with solid understanding of market environment, players, trends, and dynamics in relevant areas.
- Manage and develop Operations team to better serve the organization and business. Direct operational process improvement efforts by streamlining and centralizing to reduce redundancies.
- Ownership of budget and efficiencies efforts to ensure compliance vs. annual commitments.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:**
Skills / Experience**
- 100% bilingual (Portuguese is a plus)
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience
- bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience navigating fast paced and growth teams and high performance driven environments
- Ability to develop a strategic future-state vision based on understanding of current state.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information concisely into strategic recommendations
- Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels within the business and align internal and external stakeholders toward objectives
- Proven independent, self-motivated team player with ability to deal with ambiguity, make quick decisions, and work effectively in a fast paced and high-performance environment.
- High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
