Importante Hotel con presencia a nível nacional e Internacional.
Se encuentra en búsqueda de un** Agente Front Desk.**

**Requisitos**:
Lic. concluida en turismo, hotelería, administración de empresas turísticas, negocios internacionales.

Experiência mínima de 6 meses a 1 año en un puesto similar.

**Conocimientos en el globalizado Opera.**

**Ingles Intermedio
- Avanzado.**

**Funciones**:
Recibir huéspedes en su llegada.

Check-in, Check-Out.

Brindar información sobre el hotel o servicios.

Excelente atención al cliente.

Gestionar las reservaciones y cancelaciones.

Entregar llaves y asignar habitaciones.

Prepara los recibos.

Seguimiento a facturas.

Cobros.

Cerca del Aeropuerto de Toluca.

Jornada laboral 8hrs lunes a domingo con un día de descanso.
