**Job Duties**:

- Engage with various business and process owners to drive out the automation, process enhancement requirements, and plan the deliverables
- Actively participate in all the strategic discussions around automation roadmap, related various projects and plan the deliverable in collaboration with all the stakeholders
- Work on the development/automation of projects in the Sprint model
- Utilize JavaScript, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate to build the decided automations and PowerBI to build reports as per requirements
- Attend and contribute to sprint planning, sprint review & scrum ceremonies
- Keep the project/deliverable phases, status of all the deliverables, discussions regarding the deliverables up to date in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Proactively envision the automation opportunities through data analysis
- Cross-collaboration with the stakeholders in India, Europe and USA and offshore team based in India
- **_The skills required are below:_**
- 5+ years of total experience with 2+ years of Power Apps Development
- Experience in Power Platform - PowerApps (Both Canvas and Model Driven), PowerAutomate & Power Portal
- Knowledge of Dataverse is a preferred
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
- Good development experience with Java Script
- Should be interested in data and business analysis required for subsequent development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as this role has daily interaction with stakeholders across geographies
