**Job Description**:
**Main Objective**

Perform administrative activities to support Management and areas involved in the department, as well as providing attention to the staff of the area and external staff who come in for assistance.

**What challenges will you have?**
- Reporting and performing secretarial and administrative duties manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Control in all administrative aspects related to the area.
- Responsible for meetings planning, organizing rooms, participants
- Travel planning for the team
- Office material, equipment planning an ordering.
- Define standard equipment for the team
- Event organization like Team Building and Workshops
- Contact to Facility management to keep offices in good shape

**Qualifications**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Scholarship: Business Administration and Management, Business Studies, International trade or similar
- From 2 to 4 years of experience as a personal assistant or administrative area.
- Advanced English level

**Technical Knowledge**
- MS Word
- Excel
- Power point
