Certified Scrum Master

Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master ONLY in SPGG, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to work on a hybrid scheme (3 days at home and 2 onSite) to oversee and guide scrum teams. The responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.

To be successful as a scrum master, you should have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams. An outstanding scrum master should have excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.

**Required**:
Manage multiple projects of medium to large scale through sprints/iterations and phases of the project. Requirements gathering from the business users and ability to work with the business partners on clear and concise project status and communications Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other related events In partnership with the product owner work with scrum team on user story sizing and acceptance criteria definition, the definition of mínimal viable product, and continuous refinement and prioritization the product backlog. Communicating team metrics per agile tracking system and providing transparency regarding sprint/release progress to all teams and management. Facilitate discussion, conflict resolution and having an ability to track and remove impediments efficiently Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity by providing direction for project activities to ensure successful implementation provide strategic thinking and tactical execution and promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity, and innovation. Update company program management systems for status, assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts and resource capacity planning. Digital project background experience and Insurance Industry experience is a plus

Work Experience

**Skills**:
Excellent English verbal and written language. Great communication skills for clear command, energetic, drive teams. Problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Knowledgeable of technical, business and management principles involved in strategic Sprint planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Master in follow-up within the team (+15 team members)

**Education/Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience (SMC required, MUST ) SAFe Agilist experience Excellent working knowledge of Jira workflow and operations. GREAT with Follow-Ups and SPRINT planning
