Jako partner pro HR Shared Services budete dohlížet na technologie využívané Shared Services, včetně správy případů, portálu, znalostní databáze, telefonické konverzace/chatu a správy dokumentů. Budete mít příležitost podílet se jako hlavní člen na zlepšování a navrhování nových způsobů práce pro tým HR. To zahrnuje identifikaci nových nástrojů a technologií, které rozšíří poskytování služeb, optimalizaci stávajících technologií/znalostních databází a vytváření plánu, který bude nadále řídit vývoj poskytování procesů a jejich optimalizaci. Budete úzce spolupracovat s odděleními HR, HR Shared Services a HRIT na shromažďování požadavků, vytváření a implementaci/vylepšování nových a stávajících technologií.

Odpovědnosti
- Odpovědnost za plánování, návrh, sestavení a implementaci technologií v definovaném rozsahu ve spolupráci s týmem HRIT a HR Shared Services.
- Odpovědnost za shromažďování požadavků pro návrh optimálního řešení.
- Provádění aktuálního hodnocení stávajících technologií a vypracování plánu řešení nedostatků.
- Spolupráce s interními zadavateli a externími dodavateli při výběru a implementaci nových technologií.
- Zajišťování dodržování termínů a dokončení prací podle požadavků.
- Zajišťovat spojení mezi ostatními odděleními a vedením s cílem ovlivňovat a řídit změny.
- Odpovědnost za portál, případovou databázi, znalostní databázi, telefonickou komunikaci/chat a systémy pro správu dokumentů.
- Denní provozní reporty a průběžná analytika.
- Výsledkové karty a analýza trendů.
- Podpora při převodu úkolů z podnikových oddělení HR na tým.
- Identifikace a posílení možností přímého přístupu (portál).
- Stanovení priorit a řízení projektů a iniciativ
- Školení a rozvoj týmu HR služeb v oblasti nových nástrojů/technologií
- Řízení změn a komunikace pro zákazníky (spolupracovníky, HR, vedoucí pracovníky) a všechny týmy v rámci kategorie poskytování služeb (mzdy, COE)
- Funkční vlastnictví systému pro podnikání - spojení s týmem HR systémů a IT

Požadujeme

Vzdělání a jazykové požadavky
- Bakalářský titul a více než 7 let praxe (místo vzdělání lze zvážit další praxi).
- Předchozí zkušenosti s podobnými systémy používanými v kategorii služeb.
- Angličtina - pokročilá/znalost

Znalost práce s počítačem a softwarem
- Dobrá znalost práce s technologiemi a s produkty MS Office, znalost aplikací, databází a dalších softwarových aplikací.
- Navrhování zjednodušování práce prostřednictvím srozumitelnosti a konzistence dokumentace v různých jazycích, zmínkách atd.

Řízení projektů
- Znalost v oblasti řízení projektů.
- Porozumění procesu CIP - školení Six sigma / Design thinking je podmínkou.
- Zkušenosti s vedením malých až středně velkých projektů.
- Orientace na detail při provádění rutinních i složitých procesů.
- Práce ve strukturovaném prostředí orientovaném na měření.
- Vyhodnocování procesů a pracovních postupů s cílem určit zlepšení a zefektivnění za účelem budování kapacit.
- Vynikající organizační schopnosti.

Týmová práce
- Schopnost shromažďovat požadavky za účelem poskytování technické podpory a vytváření obchodních případů.
- Schopnost vést tým.
- Schopnost pomoci členům týmu pochopit potřebu změn a pomáhá jim se změnám přizpůsobit.
