**Job Description**:
**JOB OVERVIEW**
As a member of the Universal Pictures Mexico Consumer Products team, this coordinator will report to the Country Director and her/his main responsibility will be to coordinate de contracts administration. More specifically, the **_responsibilities _**are the following:

- Support on Deal Management for CP Mexico Teams: being the primary contact with the administrative team in Corporate Offices on the deal memo has been fully negotiated
- Enter all deals on system and track them with legal and audit departments as well as category managers (this might migrate to the category teams)
- Follow up with licensees on pending documentation and deadlines deliveries
- Support licensees on uploading royalty reports, follow up on collections, retentions & invoices and any system errors
- Compliance documentation to set up all licensees internally & ending dates by licensee
- Support on gathering and entering information from licensees during forecast periods
- Updates on legal properties information to match with the system
- Prepare licensees lists, and keep clients and potential clients data base current
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as required (e.g. support on workshops, events, confirmations)
- Creating and setting up new licensees
- Support with the on-boarding process to new licensees about systems and processes
- Providing general office administration, order stationary, coordinate courier, supplies and equipment for department as needed for all the CP Team
- Regularly gather information to collate and track relevant finance requests according to deadlines
- Assist in the preparation of targeted presentations
- Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for the Country Director & category leads
- Assisting with planning and arranging meetings, as requested by Country Director & Category leads
- Submitting expense reports for Country Director & category leads
- Keeping tracking on T&E expenses
- Analyze as requested financial reports and information

**Qualifications**:
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent administration skills coupled with the ability to balance and prioritize work coming in across the team
- Analytic skills
- Excel spreadsheet expertise
- Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Fluent English (oral and written) is necessary
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proactive and solution focused with high attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to research and source ad hoc information independently
- Strong PC/Mac skills with Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel (PIVOT TABLES), PowerPoint and Keynote
- Ideally licensing expertise
