**Responsibilities**:
- **Requirements and Data Analysis**: Analyze and document business requirements, facilitating communication between technical and business teams. Perform data analysis to support decision making and optimize existing processes.
- **Process Design and Optimization**: Design and implement solutions to improve process efficiency and develop new processes when necessary. Use methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement techniques.
- **Implementation and Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. Evaluate and adjust processes to maintain effectiveness and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- On Site (Blvd. Adolfo Lopez Mateos 91, 52987 El Potrero, Méx.)
- Experience in process analysis, requirements documentation, and process modeling.
- Use methodologies and other continuous improvement techniques.
- Advanced skills in project management and effective communication.
- Previous experience in the technology, manufacturing, services or consulting industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and solve problems efficiently.
- **Desired Competencies**:_
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with project management tools and data analysis.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement processes and process optimization in complex environments.
