**Tu misión y responsabilidades**:
- Recepción de handover, carga de contratos con validación de cifras y coberturas.-
- Reporteo de medidas de productividad de cada contrato.-
- Análisis de cláusulas y requerimientos, distribución de actividades a otras áreas de CS.-
- Asegurar facturación de acuerdo con los requisitos de cada contrato.-
- Seguimiento a soportes para facturación.-
- Asegurar el reconocimiento de ingresos conforme a regulaciones internas de la compañía, incluido el control de ingresos diferidos.-
- Análisis de margen planeado vs real de acuerdo con el contrato y documentar las desviaciones en los mismos (NCC).-
- Atender y documentar requerimientos de auditorías internas y externas.-
- Involucramiento en registro y análisis de penalizaciones.-
- Seguimiento a cancelación de fianzas.-
- Actualización de reportes, análisis y comentarios sobre entrada de nuevos pedidos, ingreso, Gross Profit-
- Integración de cuentas manuales y de sistema-
- Participación en temas relacionados a claim management referente al contrato que administra.-
- Atención y servicio a solicitudes del cliente, enfoque en impacto de Cash In, seguimiento y resolución de puntos abiertos de Dispute Management referente al contrato que administra.-
- Control de Entrada de Pedido, Backlog, Ajuste de tipo de cambio.-
- Interacción con Área Managers, ventas CS y Operaciones para asegurar el cumplimiento de contrato.-
- Negociación con clientes internos y externos (visita a clientes si la situación lo requiere).-
- Atención de solicitudes del Call Center.-
- Proyectos de mejora (Automatización de procesos).-
- Visita a clientes (Viajes dentro de la república mexicana).**Tus cualidades y experiências**:
- Licenciatura económico-administrativa o carreras afines-
- Experiência en administración de contratos o proyectos mínima de 3 a 5 años. Por ejemplo, experiência como Controller Project Manager-
- Deseable Sistema SAP-
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado-
- Manejo Intermedio - Avanzado: Excel-
- Deseable Power BI, Access, Knime-
- Conocimientos básicos de finanzas-
