**Job description**:
Manage all technical aspect of our products for specified customers, this includes having a complete understanding of all product specifications, ensuring global product standards accuracy, working with multifunctional teams to develop products, meeting and building relationships with global contacts.
- Efficient and effective communication to the assigned plants about scheduled engineering changes or new projects.
- Product KPCs review.
- Analyze product variation based on design and requirements.
- Managing ETR’s and PTR’s, provide support in the analysis of validation tests.
- Root cause analysis on site (tear down, dimensional analysis, process works).
- Drawing’s interpretation.

**Desired skills and knowledge**:

- **Completed University studies** (degree or intern letter) in Mechatronic Engineering, Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Requires 5 years of experience in similar position working for automotive industries is indispensable.
- Knowledge in GD&T, problem solving tools, design and drafting software’s.
- Soft Skills: Communication at all levels, leadership, negotiation skills and teamwork.
- **English written and spoken - advanced (indispensable)**
