**¿Cuál es tu objetivo?**
El objetivo principal es elaborar, analizar y presentar toda la información necesaria para dar cumplimiento en tiempo y forma a los procesos administrativos y financieros de SE Spanish LATAM, con la finalidad de asegurar un adecuado posicionamiento de la marca y crecimiento de la empresa a nível nacional e internacional.

**Tus principales desafíos**
- Gestionar el proceso administrativo y operativo de renovaciones sobre los servicios contratados por los clientes y aliados de SE LATAM a través de la SE SUITE en tiempo y forma, a fin de no afectar el proceso de facturación.
- En caso de existir modificaciones (up grades / down grades) de los servicios contratados, deberá de coordinase con el área comercial.
- Revisar y validar la facturación de costos inter compañías, para efectos de garantizar que la información corresponda a clientes vigentes de SE Latam.
- Revisar y aclarar con casa matriz las Inconsistencias encontradas en la facturación de costos inter compañías.
- Participar activamente en el proceso de compras y ventas, observando y garantizando en todo momento la legislación aplicable, así como, las políticas de la empresa.
- Elaborar y entregar en tiempo y forma la información requerida para cierres contables y fiscales.
- Concentrar y actualizar la información referente al archivo fiscal y contable de la empresa.
- Elaborar, actualizar e implementar políticas y procedimientos enfocados en garantizar una adecuada operación administrativa/financiera de la empresa.
- Apoyar en el proceso de cobranza en tiempo y forma evitando caer en cartera vencida

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en cargos similares, preferentemente en la industria de Software - TI.
- Licenciatura en Contabilidad y/o Económica - Administrativa (pasante y/o titulado).
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos/procesos, incluidas habilidades de organización, análisis y resolución de problemas, multitasking y atención a los detalles.
- Experiência contable, impuestos, legislación fiscal.
- Capaz de trabajar activamente con equipos multifuncionales.

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
- Esquema de trabajo híbrido.
- Rango salarial entre $14,000 y $18,000 pesos brutos mensuales.
- Prestaciones superiores como: GMM / Vida / Vales de despensa / vacaciones
- Ubicación: México (CDMX).
