Tu objetivo será: Asegurar el funcionamiento correcto del e-commerce, manteniendo la satisfacción de nuestros clientes al transaccionar en nuestra tienda en línea. Agilizar tiempos de solución en soporte, mejorar el desarrollo, interfaz, funcionamiento y experiência del cliente al momento de realizar sus compras de nuestra línea de productos: Softrestaurant, Ontheminute, NSHoteles, Softfacturas, NSPOS, NSTECH.

Principales actividades:

- 70% Trabajo Back end trabajando en la lógica para lograr los objetivos comerciales y el correcto funcionamiento del e-commerce, como solventar los requerimientos por parte de las diferentes áreas de trabajo relacionadas.
- 20% Front end para diseño de interfaz intuitivo a la hora de realizar las compras y navegación en la plataforma, así como funcionalidad, diseño y el análisis detallado del comportamiento de compra de nuestros clientes.
- Integraciones y relación de trabajo con proyectos vinculados al e-commerce.
- Mantenimiento y atención a soporte generado y resolución de problemas de manera ágil y efectiva.
- Capacidad de análisis y enfoque orientado a la parte comercial y a los objetivos.
- Publicaciones y documentación de mejoras con ventanas de mantenimiento en horarios establecidos para no afectar el funcionamiento del e-commerce.
- Pruebas en ambientes demostrativo para llevar los cambios al ambiente productivo y asegurar la publicación y mejoras de manera exitosa.
- Reportes de actividades y seguimientos mediante azure devops.

**Requisitos:

- Indispensable conocimiento en: JS, CSS, HTML,.NET, C#, MVC 4 o 5, SQL SERVER (Intermedio).
- Deseable experiência con: Diseño UI y UX, Webservices SOAP, REST, Manejo Blobs, Bootstrap 4 / 5, JavaScript, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, JWebToken.

Horario: Lunes a viernes 9:00am a 6:00pm y Sábado 9:45am a 2:00pm
