Service Engineer

**Anton Paar México S.A. de C.V. | Ciudad de México, Pachuca, Hidalgo**:
Brindar soporte técnico correctivo y preventivo a los instrumentos de Anton Paar directamente en la sede de los clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- The Service Engineer is responsible to provide support to our customers in Anton Paar product lines.
- Primary responsibilities include travel to the customer facilities to perform maintenance and /or repair to the instruments.
- Provide telephone support to the customers.
- Provide customer training on proper use and maintenance on Anton Paar manufactured equipment.
- Repair instruments in house and keep customer informed about the status of repair.
- Strong collaboration with other business areas for the achievement of the company’s objectives.
- Complete service & travel expense reports in a timely manner.
- Follow up on the status of the repairs in our CRM system.
- Proactive sale of service contracts.

**Requisitos**:

- Degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, or similar.
- Skills in the use of measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Proven experience (2 years) in customer service.
- Excellent Service Attitude, Proactive, Organized, Responsible.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Prior experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and or Relocate.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Valid Passport, US Visa and Drivers License.
