- Experiência Profesional: Practicas en compras, logística, manejo de proveedores, negociación, proyectos, desarrollo de proveedores o áreas similares
- Conocimientos Técnicos. Excel avanzado, SAP (Deseable), Alteryx (Deseable), Tableau, Power BI, ChatGPT.
- Idiomas. Inglés B2 mínimo indispensable, Alemán (Deseable), Mandarín (Deseable)
- Habilidades / Competencias. Negociación, seguimiento a proyectos, creación y seguimiento a KPIs, proactividad, trabajo en equipo, excelente comunicación, organización y orden.

**Tus responsabilidades**
- Establecer y liderar contratos y negociaciones de precios para compras de volumen medio y grande, para contribuir a la rentabilidad de la empresa.
- Establecer alternativas (métodos e ideas) para minimizar las reservas, sustitutos, tiempos, costos y níveles de inventario. Contribuir a la reducción de los níveles de inventario, implementando el mejor modelo de abastecimiento aplicable.
- Desarrollar pronósticos de precios y análisis internos sobre costos, para proporcionar la información básica para la planificación de la empresa y elaborar informes.
- Formar parte del proceso de gestión de proyectos en una etapa temprana para maximizar la contribución al ingreso operativo y asegurar que se cumplan los procesos de adquisición establecidos.
- Localización de proveedores en economías de producción de bajo costo, siempre considerando el costo total, incluyendo transporte e impuestos aplicables.
- Responsabilidad de cumplir y/o hacer cumplir los protocolos, políticas, directrices y competencias del sistema de gestión integral vigente (EHS, Calidad).
- Crear y administrar indicadores clave de desempeño automatizados.
