**Resumen del puesto**:
El Product Owner Bilingüe es responsable de liderar el desarrollo y evolución de productos digitales, asegurando que cumplan con las necesidades de los usuarios y los objetivos del negocio. Trabaja de cerca con equipos multidisciplinarios, stakeholders y clientes internacionales, garantizando una comunicación efectiva en inglés y español.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- **Gestión de producto**:

- Definir, priorizar y gestionar el backlog del producto, asegurando alineación con la visión estratégica.
- Redactar historias de usuario claras y bien definidas.
- Supervisar el ciclo de vida del producto, desde su concepción hasta su lanzamiento y mejora continua.
- **Colaboración y comunicación**:

- Actuar como enlace principal entre stakeholders, equipos de desarrollo, marketing y diseño.
- Facilitar reuniones (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) y asegurar la comprensión de objetivos entre todas las partes.
- Comunicarse de manera fluida y profesional tanto en inglés como en español con equipos y clientes internacionales.
- **Análisis y mejora**:

- Identificar métricas clave de rendimiento (KPIs) y monitorear el progreso del producto.
- Realizar investigaciones de mercado y análisis de competencia para proponer nuevas funcionalidades o mejoras.
- Recopilar feedback de usuarios y stakeholders para iterar sobre el producto.

**Requisitos**:

- **Idiomas**:

- Inglés avanzado (indispensable, tanto escrito como hablado).
- Español fluido.
- **Educación**:

- Licenciatura en áreas como Administración, Ingeniería, Sistemas, Marketing o afín.
- **Experiência**:

- 3+ años como Product Owner o en roles similares dentro de equipos ágiles.
- Experiência trabajando con herramientas como Jira, Trello o similares.
- **Habilidades técnicas**:

- Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Conocimiento básico en UX/UI y desarrollo de software.
- **Habilidades blandas**:

- Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
- Habilidad para priorizar tareas y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico.
