We're looking for a

**Workforce Dimensions Techno Functional Consultant**

**Location: Mexico
- Aguascalientes**

**Technical Capabilities**:

- Minimum 4-7 years industry experience in working with Workforce Dimensions.
- Should interact and gather requirements from business.
- Strong configuration knowledge on various Kronos modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
- Possess in depth experience in Interface Development and making a list of interfaces which are feasible to be implemented into dimensions.
- Developing and testing the configurations in dimensions.
- Discussions and testing with other teams to make sure IN/OUT file process is proper.
- Upgrading the firmware and setting up the clocks for the punches to flow into dimension.
- Experience on creating reports using BIRT reporting tool.
- Kronos Devices Installation (In-Touch devices).
- Must have experience in Dell Boomi Components, Connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations Experience in creating data views.
- Knowledge on creating Cross reference tables.
- Experience in upgrading the firmware and setting up the clock from central to dimension versions compatibility.
