Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, South Campus.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Planner Scheduler is responsible for supporting materials and production functions. Ensure the Supply of materials for the fulfillment of the Production plan from the opening of Work Orders.

What a typical day looks like:

- Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
- Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.
- Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.
- Open to work on the production line.
- Product Shipment and closure of WO.
- Follow-up of WIP.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as production control or similar position.
- Experience in the metals industry is also a plus.
- Intermediate English.
- Expertise in the area of materials.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Personnel Management.
- Kinaxis & BaaN is also a plus.
