**We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR TRAINER to be in CIUDAD JUAREZ.**

**PURPOSE**:

- Coordina junto con el Jefe de Grupo de Manufactura las actividades de capacitación y entrenamiento del personal operativo directo. Adiestra y capacita al personal operativo directo de nuevo ingreso, utilizando los documentos, materiales y herramientas de las diversas operaciones en apego a los procedimientos que corresponden. Alimenta y actualiza los sistemas electrónicos relacionados al procedimiento de certificación de la compañía a la que pertenece. Reporta sus actividades directamente al Especialista de Entrenamiento de su compañía o Supervisor Directo.
- Si es Posición de CSS: Esta posición tendrá responsabilidades a través de las compañías ETHICON y Cardiovascular and Specialty Solution (CSS) Familia de Compañías de Johnson y Johnson) incluyendo una gama de múltiples plataformas de producto tales como Dispositivos Quirúrgicos Generales, Suturas, ENT, Prevención de Infección, Electrofisiología y Estéticos Quirúrgicos y No-Quirúrgicos.

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Bajo la dirección general y de acuerdo con las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y los procedimientos y lineamientos Corporativas de Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:
- Verificar que los operadores asignados lleven a cabo el proceso de certificación de acuerdo al procedimiento de entrenamiento.
- Coordina la ejecución del plan de Calificaciones de sus áreas asignadas, cruzadas por área.
- Provee soporte Administrativo al departamento (Actividades clericales).
- Conduce la Orientación a nuevos empleados.
- Realizar auditorías a expedientes para verificar que toda la información esté documentada/archivada adecuadamente.
- Monitorea las matrices de certificación de cada área.
- Entrena a los operadores en el proceso de entrenamiento a personal operativo.
- Manejo y Mantenimiento del Curriculo de Entrenamiento del personal operativo directo.
- Manejo y Mantenimiento de Registro físico de Entrenamiento.
- Mantenimiento de Sistema Electrónico de Entrenamiento (Compliance Wire).
- Da soporte en Entrenamiento a Nuevos Productos como se requiera.
- Participa en el desarrollo e implementación de los procesos para Nuevos Productos.
- Conduce y coordina Entrenamiento como se requiera.
- Representa a los empleados para Regulaciones Laborales Mexicanas.
- Soporte a Entrenamiento durante auditorías.
- Reporta los métricos de entrenamiento de sus áreas asignadas.
- Mantiene comunicación constante con Manufactura (Coordinador de línea, y Supervisor de Manufactura).
- Da entrenamiento a entrenadores en el proceso de entrenamiento.
- Elabora reportes según se requiere. Se asegura que todos los cambios de documentos se den de la manera correcta en el tiempo adecuado.
- Participa en las juntas de manufactura según se le requiera.
- Otras responsabilidades pueden ser asignadas y no todas las responsabilidades listadas pueden ser asignadas.

GENERALES- Es responsable de comunicar asuntos relacionados al negocio u oportunidades al siguiente nível gerencial
- Para aquellos que supervisan o administran personal, son responsables de asegurar que los subordinados sigan todos los lineamientos de la Compañía relacionadas con las prácticas
