Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, Responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules.

What a typical day looks like:

- Assists in checking data accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphs and charts based on data analysis.
- May assist in preparing recommendations to management based on data analysis.
- Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
- Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include, but are not limited to, client BOM reports, staffing metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.
- May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
- Data Auditing. Questions and resolves data integrity issues including but not limited to budgets.
- Proactively identifies and raises potential parameter-related issues.
- Where appropriate, suggests process and communication improvements related to metrics tracking activities.
- Tracks financial performance of materials and initiates corrective actions when necessary.
- Daily review of RMA transactions.
- Create weekly purchase orders that include all customer parts.
- Receive data entry for customers.
- Maintain content list and item master.
- Direct customer contact
- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with the use of CTB (Clear to Build).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Experience related to the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Intermediate-advanced experience with databases such as Kinaxis.
- Intermediate-advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of BAAN.
- Advanced English.
