**Resumen de Grupo**:
La cartera de productos de Magna Exteriors incluye sistemas de acceso como plataformas elevadoras, molduras exteriores, sistemas modulares, módulos frontales que incluyen fascias, sistemas aerodinámicos activos y otros componentes estructurales livianos para automóviles, camiones comerciales y otros mercados industriales.

Sucessfull launch (0 Eng Incidents at OEM).

Deliverables on time based on OEM Milestones

Weekly reports for new programs to upper management.

Guide and Assure Program Management Readiness for every Internal & External Milestones

**Sus responsabilidades**:
Define Program Management Strategy with Engineering and Plant level management.
Develops project plans including work scope, project milestones, risk management, cost/benefit analysis, project timelines, and budgets to ensure program objectives are met.
Act as the go to person for Program Management Troubleshooting.

Monitors and approves all project documentation within Magna’s PM systems for every Program assigned to the division.

Execute Program Management Report Out with Program Managers.

Collaborates with cross-functional disciplines and departments to ensure seamless program delivery.

Communicates program status to Magna stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

Lead, coach and development program management skills among the program management team.

Execute Internnal & External Readiness Reviews with Regional Program Management Manager.

**A quién buscamos**:

- Five (5) years of work experience in the automotive or similar industry, including at least one vehicle launch.
- Five (5) years of work experience in one or more of the Assembly and Paint process.
- Previous experience in painting and assembly operations is a must.
- Project leadership experience in a matrix organization is a plus.
- Fluent in english
- Experience leading continuous improvement teams or cross functional problem solving teams

- Leading industrialization projects for assembly lines covering RFQ, Process Design reviews and industrialization phases throughout AME project life cycle.
- Analyze, develop and implement DFM and DFA with Engineering. Planning and leading supporting activities in the plant (tests, tryouts).
- Provide technical support and design changes and updates at equipment and product. Ensure effective implementation.
- Provide effective technical support to operational teams in regard to process performance, production equipment and model changes.
- Actively participates in design reviews and modifications of new products, sharing learned lessons of the product during the fabrication process.
- Coordinates engineering changes that affect the design and/or the product performance. Ensure that these are updated effectively.
- Development of process documentation for all standardization purposes, like Specifications, flow charts.
- Makes sure 5S is maintained.
- High commitment and capability to comply to urgent requirements per customers demands

- Provide advanced level process troubleshooting support, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce variability and improve production efficiencies.
