The Systems Support Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that existing and emerging Regulatory Systems are supported throughout their lifecycle
- (i.e.: from the system’s initial implementation to the wider Organisation through subsequent releases and eventual decommissioning).

Additionally, this role works closely with the Director of Regulatory Business Systems Support to drive alignment with ITMS standards, and processes, to ensure compliance for implemented systems.

**_ Your Responsibilities:_** This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Regulatory Systems Support
- Interface with IT, Business System Owner to coordinate solutions delivery and support of Regulatory Vault.
- Provide operational support to Regulatory Systems.
- Provide first line support to global users.
- Responsible for management of Support Team in Mexico
- Support a varied portfolio of bespoke or off the shelf regulatory systems that are used globally for regulatory activities.
- Ensure compliance with ITMS Standards throughout their lifecycle
- Maintenance of systems documentation (E.g. ITMS documents, User manuals) as needed
- Provide and coordinate business engagement in maintenance releases in collaboration with IT and Business Project Teams
- Interface with Communication and Training team to ensure improvements are communicated to users and training is aligned with current release.
- Contribute to ‘Go-Live’ and cutover planning as required
- Contribute to development of project proposals and business cases.
- If required, represent the Regulatory Systems and Innovation in an inspection/audit
- Support Business Development projects for in-licensing and divestment as needed
- Monitor and analyze system metrics, usage stats, and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and shape system requirements.

- Bachelor´s degree in Systems, Chemical Pharmacist Biologist specialized in Systems, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Support roles
- Experience in Pharma Industry or CRO´s
- Advanced English
- Previous line manager experience
- Veeva Vault
- Softskills: communication skills, stakeholder management, leadership, customer
- oriented attitude, sense of urgency, excellent attention to detail

- Service Now
