**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for ensuring relevant and accurate financial and non-financial information for the company controller

Manages day to day changing priorities, as required by the controller.

Ensure all Balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a timely and accurate basis.

Government remittances and tax filings, for the controller

Respond to all bank, tax and local government inquiries.

Ensure effective programs are in place to provide the required month end and year-end financial information.

Supports and provides input into the annual Business Planning process.

Review of invoices, closely monitor and analyze utilities expenses such as electricity, natural gas, water, etc. Reconcile major expense accounts on a monthly basis.

Run monthly billings to customers, batched credit card wires petty cash for employee expenditures and other customer payments, and send monthly statements to customers.

Petty cash, wire transfers on a daily/weekly basis.

Payables and receivables

Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation during the corporate monthly financial close.Assist the Controller with performing balance sheet reconciliations during the corporate monthly financial close.

manage suppliers sourcing, best price materials and gain credit for the company

Ability to work with accounting software SAP.etc

Manage/process payroll cycles, ensuring timely state and local registration and filing of state income taxes social security and payroll taxes

Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial data.

Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.

At least 4-7 years relevant accounting experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 45640, Tlajomulco, Jal.: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
