Restaurant Waiter

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Bilingual Waiter/Waitress to join our team at an upscale restaurant. Fluent in either Greek or Spanish, you will contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests while showcasing your language proficiency. This position offers the opportunity to earn tips based on excellent service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide menu recommendations and explain dishes to guests in Greek/Spanish, and English.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in either Greek or Spanish; proficiency in English is also required.
- Assist guests in their preferred language, enhancing their overall dining experience.
- Engage in friendly and informative conversations with guests.
- **Service Excellence**:

- Deliver high-quality service with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ensure timely and efficient service, coordinating with the kitchen and other staff.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns.
- **Upselling and Recommendations**:

- Upsell additional menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Provide informed recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
- **Handling Payments and Tips**:

- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Create a positive atmosphere to encourage tipping.
- Collect and distribute tips in accordance with restaurant policies.

**Salary**: $15,300.00 - $15,450.00 per month
