- Responsible for the data related to Compensation, External Benchmark, Internal Equity, D&I Targets, Position Profile, Job Catalogue and other Compensation tools.
- Performs Benchmarking projects, Compensation Survey and Data management.
- Maintains, applies, updates and proposes Compensation and Benefits´ policies for Mexico.
- Drives people process as Performance Bonus, Merit and Salary adjustments, salary classes for Blue Collar.
- Manages external vendors (Insurances, Broker, Pension Plan, etc)
- Point of contact for Mobility (INM, Corporate Mobility and Expats)
- Promotes an effective collaboration and a healthy internal balance on rewards topics in the organization.
