**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Development of optical components and systems (reflectors, lenses, light guides, etc.) according to customer specifications prepared in the CAD system CATIA.
- Cooperation with customers and suppliers in terms of optical topics (i.e. clarification of optical requirements and contradictions, presentation of results).
- Coordination of the construction of photometric prototypes.
- Creation of reports, optical failure analysis and benchmarking.
- Creation of test and laboratory protocols.
- Optical analysis in the homologation samples mockup process together with all key contributors (optical engineers, prototyping and system developer, etc.).
- Photometric Analysis of samples.
- Design and tests of Homologation samples.

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES (MANDATORY)**:

- CATIA & NX
- BS related to Physics, Engineering or Mathematics.
- 2-3 years work experience
- Experience in other companies
- Experience in manufacturing
- Experience in automotive
- Experience in leadership

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Lighting
