Role Summary: This Total Rewards Program Specialist is a highly impactful role with ownership for the strategy, design, benchmarking, execution, and ongoing management of selected global total rewards programs key to Flowserve’s success.

The incumbent is the program owner for our Recognition Program, Domestic and International Relocation as well as other global Benefits like Time off, Outplacement, Tuition Reimbursement, Company Car Policy etc. The incumbent will assess these programs and ensure their alignment with Flowserve’s culture and strategy. The Total Rewards Program Specialist will leverage her/his expertise and partnership skills with internal stakeholders and external experts to design and deploy effective and meaningful programs. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact these program as we transition Flowserve’s to a purpose and value-based culture.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Manage all aspects of selected Global Total Rewards programs including strategy, design, benchmarking and execution
- Overhaul and rollout Flowserve’s Recognition Program (Spirit of Flowserve) to create alignment with Flowserve strategy, values and behaviors
- Assess and redesign the international relocation program in collaboration with HR and Business Leaders to support talent mobility aligned with our Talent Management Strategy
- Manage and partner with Global Relocation providers to ensure flawless delivery of services under the Relocation Program.
- Support the implementation of employee first policy project for the US and develop a roadmap to deploy this cultural initiative globally in a sustainable way
- Manage and assess other programs such as Outplacement, Tuition Reimbursement, Global Company Car Policy
- Remain current on market trends/practices, legal/regulatory changes, labor practices, existing plan utilization patterns, and Flowserve business
- Partner with key stakeholders including Global Communications and HR Business Partners to enable optimal program utilization and sustained deployment solution
- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills:

- Experience preparing and presenting analytics and change recommendations for a senior management audience
- Demonstrated experience partnering at multiple organizational levels and across remote teams
- Strong interpersonal skills are also required, including the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with all audiences, including executives
- Strong capabilities with core software including Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent programs
- Understanding of program management and change management methodologies
- Experience working for global companies is preferred, but not required
- Excellent business acumen, problem solving, program management and analytical skills
- Manage complexity, ambiguity, and a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, an optimistic approach, and resiliency when facing obstacles or challenges are all critical for success in this role
- They should also be a self-reliant and effective problem-solver who can generate high quality and innovative solutions in a timely fashion
- The person who takes this role must have strong conceptual ability and be able to create a strategic vision for the areas that they manage
- Collaboration across key stakeholder groups to partner, assess needs and constraints, and pursue actions that support alignment
- Comfortable working with foreign business environments, values diversity and must have strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a hands-on environment, yet see the big picture on a global basis
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 3-5 years relevant experience
