New Models Development

Establish the appropriate communication channels for carrying out, monitoring and executing milestones for the correct new models SOP.
Promote the continuous improvement of logistics processes and cost reduction.
Definition and execution of brake trough cost reduction projects for new and current models.
LCPU replay calculation for each new model phase for Inbound and Outbound activities, in timely manner according to the milestone of the project.
New models cost reduction management.
