Analizar reportes de producto terminado, bitácoras de producción, POT, SOT, Faltantes, Planned orders, dispatch, eficiencia, lista de asistencia, tiempo muerto, unidades tarde, lead times.
- Analizar el programa de producción. (semanal)
- Revisar el balanceo de cargas y situación de cada celda de trabajo (diario)
- Revisar el pizarrón maestro. (diario)
- Revisar problemas generados por el sistema AX referente a cierre de WO, reservaciones, referencias y BOMs.
- Revisar el estatus de los nuevos modelos. (diario)
- Monitorear regularmente la capacidad de producción y mantenerla equilibrada con la carga de trabajo.(semanal)
- Determinar y justificar necesidad de tiempo extra o reducción de jornadas.
- Generar los reportes de RAF y unidades tarde de producción.
- Seguimiento de órdenes en sistema zebra.
- Generar y justificar el reporte de producción de la planta para junta de ventas.
- Generar y justificar el reporte de POT y SOT.
- Generar reporte de expedites.
- Atención a requerimientos especiales y cotizaciones.

**Perfil requerido**:

- Licenciatura en Ingenieria Industrial o carrera afin.
- 3 años de experiência en puesto similar en industrias internacionales
- Ingles conversacional intermedio
- avanzado
- Buena habilidad en MS Office ( Tablas Dinámicas, VLookup etc)
- Solidos conocimientos informáticos con preferencia en D365, Oracle, AX, SAP preferentemente.
