**What You'll Be Doing**
- Manag Export operations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
- Oversee all expo, documentation, air guides, motions, etc.
- Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely exports
- Daily reports on the operation
- Annex 24 (Inventory control), Annex 22 (Pedimentos)
- Utilizing IMMEX Operations
- Review legal Export documentations
- Cross collaborate with Arrows internal sales and asset teams
- Provide shipment information upon request

**What We Are Looking For**
- 2 - 5 years export experience. Specifically working with legal documentation
- Experience working with customs and brokers
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus
- IMMEX experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.
- Easy access to "Pinar de la Venta" (Arrow Warehouse)

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$17,500 - $20,000.00 MXN Monthly
