**Systems / Sistems (Oracle, SMART, Office), ISO (process, forms), RMA, Demand, Contracts, QBR, Production floor,**
**Shipments, AR, QUOTES, V10, REVALUATIONS, E&O, Offset Inventory, ECO´S**

**Use tools and methodologies designed to design and prepare the best strategy for each communication.**

**Responsibilities / Activities**:
**Demand process administration with Production Control, Planning and purchases.**
**Understand and use "analyzer" reports to assess key account indicators. (Backlog, E&O, A / R, PPV, Gross Margin Review, etc.)**
**Establish delivery commitments and maintain OTD indicator**
**Understand Lead times and consolidate Waterfall reports.**
**Review of the statement of accounts receivable with the client**
**Maintain effective communication in the departments involved with the operation.**
**Maintain effective communication with the client.**
**Build and promote a healthy business relationship between the client and Sanmina.
