AECOM busca Ingeniero Residente
- Supervisará el cronograma y el presupuesto de conformidad con el alcance contratado para todos los proyectos asignados bajo su supervisión.
- La gestión de las actividades diarias de contratistas, lo que incluirá la coordinación con los equipos asignados, el seguimiento de las inspecciones y la realización de procedimientos de administración de contratos para garantizar que la construcción se complete dentro del presupuesto y el cronograma contractual, y que el proyecto se realice de manera segura y de acuerdo con todos los procedimientos aprobados documentos.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento del contratista con las especificaciones y los planos aprobados, garantizar que los métodos de ingeniería se coordinen adecuadamente con las ejecución del proyecto y se realicen de manera segura, manejo de contrato, investigar problemas de ingeniería y determinar la necesidad de trabajo adicional.

**Qualifications**
Requisitos mínimos:

- + 6 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiência y/o educación

Experiência:

- Como ingeniero residente de obras civiles o industriales
- Experiência en obras marítimas, en la administración de contratos de construcción y/o construcción bajo la modalidad de contratos tipo FIDIC.
- Conocimientos de software: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.

Prefencias:

- Formación: Ingeniero civil; recomendable contar con certificación en Gestión de Proyectos (PMI),
- Ingeniero civil o afín
- 15 años de experiência
