**Descripción del puesto**:
Como coordinador de proyectos las funciones principales son la de establecer y supervisar los indicadores claves del rendimiento de los proyectos, estandarizar los métodos de gestión de proyectos en la organización, gestionar la asignación de recursos y el avance de los proyectos, asignar y capacitar a los administradores de proyectos, contribuir al crecimiento de la organización.

**Escolaridad y formación académica**:
Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Informática o carrera afín.

**Como requisito para el puesto es necesario contar con experiência de al menos un dos en**:

- Tener experiência como PM o PMO por lo menos dos años.
- Dominar metodologías ágiles Scrum.
- Conocer el Marco de trabajo de Devops.
- Conocer herramientas de administración de proyectos.
- Tener conocimientos de lenguajes de programación y las mejores prácticas.
- Técnicas de evaluación KPI´s. para proyectos de desarrollo.
- Gestión de portafolio de proyectos de software, recursos y equipos de trabajo.
- Participación en proyectos de desarrollo de software y procesos de entrega a producción.
- Conocimiento de diferentes lenguaje de programación
- Manejo intermedio de SQL Server.
- Administración de control de cambio y versiones
- Sentido de urgencia, responsabilidad y honestidad.
- Habilidades robustas de comunicación.
- Solucionador de problemas.

Salario: $30,000.00 - $33,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas

- 44910, Guadalajara, Jal.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problema o estar dispuesto a mudarse con una paquete de apoyo para mudarse proporcionado por la empresa (Deseable)
