**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**: Insights & Foresights Lead

**Reporting Level**:Management

**Geographic Scope**:Monterrey, Mexico

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Execution of consumer insights plans in line with brand strategic and operation plans.
- Deliver consumer-centric Brand and Category insights utilizing custom research, consumer tracker, Loyalty ID and third-party analyses to identify short and long-term opportunities.
- Ability to deliver insights and articulate opportunities, risks, efficiencies, and recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Proactive Research Partner Relationship Management, ability to plan, direct and execute custom qualitative and quantitative marketing research studies including design and sampling approach, internal coordination of research brief and SOW through legal approvals, creating effective strategies to design questionnaire instrument, field data collection and processing, and ensure actionable reporting and socialization of business-oriented insights.
- Ability to manage, leverage and analyse disparate data sources, interpret meaningful trends and draw conclusions to develop insights.
- Provide objective, timely, and relevant consumer-centric recommendations to guide corporate objective attainment and facilitate the decision making of the company, monitor strategy implementation and overall business performance from a consumer point of view.
- Support strategy finetuning within I & F, Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Activation by providing consumer feedback to measure success of activities and anticipate success of future activation plans.
- Identify ways to accelerate product category migration and build a fit for future Portfolio Management.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 5+ years business/commercial analytics and consumer insights experience at a leading consumer-minded company.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous hands-on experience in Consumer and Customer business development.
- Qualitative & Quantitative Consumer Survey methodologies and analytics including Segmentation, Package Testing, Concept Evaluation, Focus groups, Depth Interviews, etc.
- Effective relationship management and cross functional collaboration to ensure optimal knowledge transfer, improve data handling and processing and encourage out-of-the-box thinking.
- Advanced leadership capabilities in engagement with key stakeholders through behaviours and attitudes.
- Excellent English and Spanish written, oral and presentation/communication skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel).
- Comfortable in ambiguous, changing work environment with a diverse culture.
