**Job activities**:

- Conduct needs assessments to identify potential clients' debt relief needs and financial goals.
- Provide information on debt relief options and services to potential clients, and explain the benefits of our services.
- Work with potential clients to determine their eligibility for debt relief programs.
- Use effective sales techniques to persuade potential clients to enroll in our programs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

**Experience required**:

- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the debt relief or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients and close sales.
- Customer Service/Soft Sales Background is helpful.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience using a CRM system and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of debt relief programs and regulations is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: From $20,000.00 per month
