**Job Summary**

The Technical Copywriter will work directly with the R&D Manager and R&D Lead Product Engineer in collaboration with the Marketing and R&D departments to develop high-quality technical and user manuals. Your main responsibility will be to transform technical information into clear and user-friendly instructions, supported by well-crafted graphics. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who possesses a strong understanding of technical products. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless product understanding and facilitating effortless usage for our customers.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Create clear, concise, and accurate technical written content for instruction manuals and datasheets.
- Create and design clear and visually engaging graphics, diagrams, and drawings to support written content and enhance user comprehension.
- Product examples:

- Linear actuators
- Desk frames
- TV lifts
- Monitor stands
- Adjustable bed frames

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with R&D Engineers to gather information and ensure accurate product representation.
- Develop and maintain a consistent tone, style, and usage of technical terms throughout all documentation.
- Work with Marketing to finalize user documents and manuals.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy and clarity.
- Advise on technical photoshoot aspects of new products.
- Propose process improvements for the technical documentation creation and review process, aiming to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality of deliverables.

**Required Skills and Experiences**
- Degree or diploma in Technical Writing, Graphic Design, English, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in graphic design software; Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat.
- Microsoft Office (particularly Word).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into visually appealing and easy to understand graphics.
