**Objetivo del Puesto**:
Apoyar en actividades operativas del área de Recursos Humanos, principalmente en procesos de reclutamiento, administración de empleados, comunicación interna y otras actividades relacionadas con la gestión de personal, a fin de contribuir al buen funcionamiento de los procesos administrativos y de atención al empleado.
**Responsabilidades Principales**:
**1. Reclutamiento Operativo y para Practicantes**:
- Recolectar y organizar la papelería requerida para los procesos de contratación.
- Publicar vacantes en redes sociales y plataformas, promoviendo ofertas de empleo y oportunidades para practicantes.
**2. Administración de Empleados**:
- Crear expedientes de empleados en el sistema W.
- Gestionar las altas de empleados en seguros de vida, Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores (SGMM), e Integra.
- Solicitar tarjetas de nómina para empleados a través de HSBC.
- Registrar altas, bajas y modificaciones de practicantes en la plataforma CAINTRA.
**3. Comunicación y Atención**:
- Realizar recorridos en piso en la planta de Apodaca para brindar atención a empleados.
**4. Otras Actividades**:
- Gestionar órdenes de compra en el sistema COUPA para investigaciones laborales, exámenes médicos, servicios de sindicato y CAINTRA.
- Apoyar en la inducción del personal de nuevo ingreso, orientando y capacitando a los nuevos empleados en procesos y políticas de la empresa.
- Colaborar en eventos internos, incluyendo la traducción de inglés cuando sea necesario.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudiante de licenciatura en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o afín.
- Habilidad para manejar plataformas digitales y sistemas de gestión de empleados.
- Capacidad de comunicación clara y efectiva, tanto escrita como verbal.
- Proactivo/a, con buena organización y atención al detalle.
- Nível de inglés: intermedio (capaz de traducir documentos y conversaciones básicas).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Apodaca.
