RESUMEN

RESUMEN

Responsable de coordinar con las áreas cross-funcionales y proveedores la implementación de las estrategias del portafolio de Hospitales. Identificar áreas de oportunidad para el crecimiento del negocio y generar propuestas de valor que beneficien el desempeño del portafolio. Plantear estrategias de acuerdo con el resultado del análisis del mercado, logrando el crecimiento de los productos en el portafolio y preparación de lanzamientos.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Gestionar la logística de los eventos, programas y contenidos de educación médica continua.

Coordinar con el área médica la realización de la agenda y/o contenido

Coordinación con fuerza de ventas de la elección de médicos asistentes

Seguimiento a telemarketing (hospedaje y transporte)

Distribución de invitaciones y material promocional para el evento

Definición de roles de los distintos participantes al evento y alineación pre-evento

Garantizar la correcta inversión del presupuesto del portafolio.
- Garantizar la correcta ejecución del phasing del DME del portafolio
- Dar seguimiento mensual al DME y accionar estrategias para lograr la cobertura del 100% cada Q (cierres de eventos, cierres de facturas)

Asegurar la alineación de objetivos entre el equipo comercial y fuerza de ventas.

Reforzar con fuerza de ventas las estrategias del portafolio en sesiones mensuales.

Realizar una salida a hospitales con el equipo de ventas, mensual.

Participar en las capacitaciones para fuerza de ventas sobre las herramientas del portafolio (sensidiscos, tracking de pacientes)

Ser el champion del plan omnicanal del portafolio

Indispensable:

- 1 año de experiência en marketing
- 1 año de experiência en la industria farmacéutica
- Inglés Avanzado
- Manejo de Excel Avanzado

Deseable:

- Experiência en Marketing, Fuerza de Ventas, Supply o Finanzas.
- Manejo de Excel experto.
- Lanzamiento de nuevos productos/ indicaciones farmacéuticas de alta especialidad
