**Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Customs Coordinator to join our team.** This position is based in Cuautitlan.

The major roles of the Customs Coordinator are the coordination of all the import and export operation of Eaton assurance the deliveries on time through all the customs and to maintain and update compliance documents to reflect current regulatory requirements and procedures. As a result of their work, the Customs Coordinator ensures Eaton’s import and export operations operate smoothly and are following the customs regulations.

Customs Coordinator also is responsible to maintain the customs operations with accurate suppliers according Eaton’s needs and to keep a close and solid business relationship and also keep Certifications as OEA and C-TPAT.

This position is also responsible of:

- Structures Import and Export flow from all the Customs
- Implements a daily schedule per Customs, distribute the area's work between analysts.
- Coordinate and audit record keeping according official regulations
- Improves communication with internal costumers in order to accomplish Eatons’ needs
- KIP’s maintenance and tracking
- Supervise the accuracy on information and controls (electronic files)
- Coordinate and give support to the different projects with COE
- Analyze and audit the duties, taxes and Customs expenses to have correct following of all charges pays.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of all import-export analyst
- Supervise correct and on time delivery of expenses accounts to Finance.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor´s Degree in International Trade/ International Business

Strong knowledge of Import /Export and Customs Legislation

Analytical

English Language (80% at least)

Working knowledge of ERP (SAP)

Leadership and personnel management

IMMEX, OEA, C-TPAT
