Your new role
As Purchasing Manager you will be responsible to lead a procurement team for all CAPEX purchasing activities ensuring quantity of essential materials or services required for the business, you will create extensive and detailed requirements specifications for the services, tendering with potential suppliers, evaluating competing bids and negotiating prices, you will coordinate activities within cross functional teams to execute company projects achieving targets related to time, quality and financial performance and meeting stakeholder expectations, you will deliver specific project goals within a project plan line with the organizations procurement strategy, identify and conduct analysis of requirements for completion and alignment, develop sourcing strategies generating cost reduction and carrying out delegated activities to support identification and evaluation of risks driving purchasing best practices.
What you´ll need
- Bachelor´s Degree concluded
- 6 to 10 years minimum experience in purchasing department for automotive companies.
- Vast experience managing sourcing activities for CAPEX and indirect services with desirable know how of plant transfers or expansion projects.
- Project management experience driving cost analysis and control.
- Stakeholder management, negotiation skills and self-driven attitude.
- ERP know how.
- Advanced English.
