**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking an energetic and bright person to join our growing team in the role of Premium Dedicated Support Generalist.
**The Role**
In this role you will actively participate in assisting clients with using our software products to help support their internal training needs. Specific tasks range from data entry and reporting, to troubleshooting, account set-up and maintenance, to tutoring clients on projects and features. Depending on the client’s needs, you will be their coach, teammate or a little of both
- You have completed a high school diploma, or equivalent.
- You are able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing at a very high level (C1 minimum).
- You enjoy administrative-type work and like the thought that you would learn a system and become the expert in it.
- You like collaborating with others and are excited by the idea of getting to work closely with clients.
- You possess a positive and “can-do” attitude.
- You are not intimidated by repetitive tasks, and relish in being very knowledgeable and confident in completing those tasks quickly and accurately.
- You can prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as workload changes.
- You can work independently with mínimal supervision and are confident enough to reach out for support and help when needed.
