**Job Summary**

Supervise, direct and coordinate production activities with employees in order to achieve efficiently internal and external customer service expectations. Develop and enforce accomplishment of operational procedures and metrics. Build Organizational Capability through development plans, mentoring, driving accountability Implement continuous improvement strategy through cost out opportunity project.

**2. Years and area of experience required**:Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

**3. Technical knowledge**
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Technical knowledge: Electronic/Mechanical experience.
- Knowledge and experience with automation and stamping processes.
- Knowledge of precise measure equipment.
- Computer knowledge.
- Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word).

**4. Soft Skills**
- Human relations skills, ability to show leadership, sell ideas and make changes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment; to communicate effectively and professionally across many organizational levels and functions and effectively build rapport with stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving capability.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Takes initiative to develop personally and professional and actively seeks ways to grow and be challenged.
- Good at problem solving and decision-making.
- Good manufacturing practices.
