Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Quality Manager.

**What you’ll do**:
**Resumen de la posición**

Mejorar la eficacia de la organización a través de la coordinación y la implementación del Sistema de Calidad de Eaton para garantizar que el negocio cumpla con los objetivos de crecimiento, productividad y calidad. Las responsabilidades específicas serán la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (ISO 9001), el Sistema de Calidad de Eaton y liderar el esfuerzo de la planta para madurar aún más en los criterios de Excelencia Empresarial de Eaton.

**Responsabilidades de la posición**
- Desarrrollar un equipo de trabajo del área de Calidad que sea competente, de alto desempeño y que promueva una cultura de calidad positiva en toda la organización.
- Impulsar la implementación del Sistema de Calidad de Eaton para la organización, incluidos los estándares de calidad de la empresa y las mejores prácticas de la industria.
- Asegurar el lanzamiento exitoso a través del desarrollo y ejecución adecuados de los controles de procesos y los entregables de APQP, incluyendo AMEF, Planes de Control de Procesos, Planes de Inspección, PPAP, etc.
- Dar seguimiento, analizar y preparar acciones correctivas y preventivas para los métricos de calidad, que pueden incluir: eliminación de variaciones en proceso, inspecciones finales y en proceso, desempeño de proveedores, reclamo de garantías, etc.
- Responsabilizarse sobre el P&L odel área de Calidad y su contribución a los resultados de la organización.
- Actuar como representante de la gerencia para las actividades de certificación de ISO 9001, incluida la autorizad sobre los requerimientos de ISO 9001 y el programa de auditorías internas de la organización.
- Orientar y facilitar certificaciones para la empresa
- Facilitar las auditorías e inspecciones de calidad de los clientes y de terceros según corresponsa para demostrar cumplimiento.
- Impulsar la mejora continua en Eaton Business Excellence a través de la organización.

**Qualifications**:
**Nível de educación requerido**
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería de una institución acreditada.

**Años y área de experiência requerida**
- Experiência mínima de cinco años en Manufactura y/o Ingeniería, así como experiência liderando a otros.

**Conocimiento Técnico**
- Conocimiento de procesos y metodologías de calidad, incluyendo aseguramiento de calidad y calidad de proveedores
- Conocimiento sobre Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad
- Conocimiento sobre ISO 9001 e ISO 17025
- Ser bilingüe Español-Inglés.
- Estar certificado(a) como CQE y/o CQM por parte de la ASQ.
- Conocimiento avanzado en computación.
- LEAN Enterprise
- Tecnologías de Manufactura Avanzada
- Administración de Proyectos
- Estados financieros (e.g. P&L)
- Conocimiento en proyectos Green field (deseable)
