**Role**: Salesforce Developer

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Location**:Guadalajara hybrid

**The Opportunity**:

- Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users.
- Recommend build vs. buy when it comes to third party integrations for the SFDC stack.
- Create business process models using best practice techniques, including current and future state solution design documents using requirements gathered.
- Ability to design solutions and write functional and technical specifications for technical team members.
- Ability to dive deep and research production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessary.
- Support change control best practices, including the management of user requests/approvals and promoting changes to production.

To succeed, this role’s responsibilities would involve:

- 3 years of salesforce development experience with lightning project development experience
- VisualForce and Apex development
- Experience in customization and integration, digital engagement, Lightning design development,
- Lightning web component (LWC) development
- Ability to develop, track and create deployable packages across multiple environments. Writing deployment instructions pre/post deployment steps
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles and permission sets
