- Coordinate the Quotation process for the company on the basis of requisitions received from Business Development (BD) role. Documents and Reports quotes assessments and suggest the best proposal considering cost, quality and successful program completion. Provide reports on quotations made on a regular basis to the Management team identifying recommendations. Communicate to different departments the necessary activities to run models in the production area for quoting purposes ensuring data accuracy. Coordinate review sessions on pricing strategies based on selected quotes. Prepare projections that support the business strategy. Maintain constant monitoring on Requested quotes and report progress. Establish procedures to manage quotes effectively. Get involved in the early stages of the introduction of new products to provide pricing data seeking the best options for the business and our customers. Provide support to the Program Management role on the Customer pricing considering the selected quotes. Develop and maintain database with accurate information. Update prices - quotes to ensure accuracy. Establish an effective communication and documentation system for decision-making. Make sure to conduct quotation revisions as necessary including notes, considerations and have the required approvals before they are sent to the client. Understand and use market data to suggest best practices in quotation processes seeking Customer satisfaction and business profitability. Keep track of quotation reviews in the event that a quote is changed either in prices, volumes or notes and considerations.
