**Job Description Summary**

Responsable de programar y de manejar los envíos del cliente, de supervisar la producción y de controlar la adquisición de materia prima. Asegura que las materias primas se mantengan en níveles óptimos para cubrir la fabricación mientras que alcanzan las metas del inventario. Asegurar que fabricación mantenga un plan de producción con un flujo constante de materiales. Interactuar y gestionar relaciones con socios comerciales. Procesar pronósticos para asegurar la alineación con la planificación y previsión de la producción
- Manage customer weekly and daily ship requirements and window times; communicate with production and shipping departments. Proactively react to changes.
- Responsible to track raw material replenishment to ensure production coverage
- Utilize reports to support daily and weekly operations
- Help coordinate and communicate daily production build requirements to satisfy customer demand and maintain inventory targets
- Review and maintain supplier forecasts on a weekly basis; maintain cums
- Communicate proactively with trading partners
- Expedite inbound and outbound material by identifying problems and resolutions
- Regularly maintain pull loop size based on PFEP recommendations
- Monitor and update the PFEP collection plans for accuracy
- Proactively elevate critical supply issues to management
- Proactively elevate critical delivery issues to management
- Utilize the supplier scorecard and troubleshoot poor performing suppliers; work closely to improve supplier performance
- Utilize the supplier scorecard to initiate internal operational improvements
- Maintain inventory targets while continuing smooth operations
- Responsible to follow safe practices
- All other duties as assigned.
