- Use Lean Six Sigma and project management tools and practices, as well as lean skills, to prioritize activities and drive a structured business improvement program.
- Identify, prioritize, and select the most critical projects that will deliver benefits to the bottom line and customer satisfaction.
- Share project best practices and business process maturity across the region.
- Lead the delivery of year-over-year bottom-line benefits through project activities in line with business needs.
- Develop and implement a strategy to improve the lean and project management skills and behaviors of senior leaders and departmental team members.
