- Do you grow at the forefront of food development, wielding flavour as your artistic medium? If you understand Sweet Goods profiles, have an affinity to sweets and aspire to shape the sensory experiences of tomorrow, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity based in Mexico City.-
- You will work on-site in our T&W corporate facilities in San Angel, Mexico City.- Your main responsibilities will be:
**Lead innovation in flavour Application**
- Partner with different teams and to our customers to design captivating Sweet Goods, coffee and milk modifiers.
- Develop product bases and finished product formulations to replicate market products to evaluate and support product development for our customers.

**Knowledge sharing & expertise**
- Be a technical expert and advisor to marketing, sales, flavour creation, and customers for sweets, coffee and milk modifiers.
- Coach, train, and motivate technicians and technologists.

**Data maintenance**
- Maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished sweets and capture of profiles.

**Environmental Health & Safety**
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment following EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines.

- University Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related discipline.
- Understanding of the flavour reactions/interactions in sweet goods.
- Experience translating market trends into products for selected customers.
- Experience instructing technicians and technologists.
- Plant scale experience to support production startup for customers.
- Experience in customer projects including customer visits.
- Upper intermediate English level, both oral and written.
