**SUMMARY**:
The Admissions' Specialist will report directly to the Admissions Manager to sell all MEA products for B2C customers (Workshops, MEA Online, and Refresh) in the Admissions department and to support customers ahead of the commencement of their MEA experience. The Admissions Specialist is a strong communicator with customer sales and support experience, as well as being a self-starter, capable of taking direction and ownership of tasks and working independently to execute them.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include, but are not limited to the following:
**Admissions Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Admissions' sales calls
- Be an expert in Workshops, ReFresh and MEAO offerings to guide prospects (including strong knowledge of Guest Faculty and MEA Curriculum)
- MEA Online course enrollment support (payment, FAQs, access, personal details)
- Workshop enrollment support (payment, FAQs, access, personal details)
- Reservation booking support (payment, FAQs, access, personal details)
- Light accounting: withdrawals, refunds, transfers, receipts
- Manage/update the MEA website Help Center
- Conduct support telephone calls
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in any of these categories: B2C sales / hospitality / customer service / admissions / revenue management
- Collaborative working style within a results-oriented, mission-driven organization
- Personable and customer service focused, savvy to our demographic
- Solutions-oriented, creative problem solver
- Balance of hospitality and profit-focused
- Startup experience helpful, comfortable with nimble and fast paced, self-directed projects
- Proficient in the following technology tools:

- Mews (or other hospitality booking engine/PMS systems)
- Hubspot (or other CRM platforms)
- Google Suite
- Zoom
- OpenPhone
- Data focused, with the ability to problem solve and be the support person for our membership
- Must have the ability to fluently read, write and verbally communicate in English.

The position is fully remote. A remote job is a role that a team member can complete outside of the typical office environment. In a remote role, team members can complete all or most of their tasks and projects using a computer. They can also communicate with their customers, vendors, managers, and other team members via phone calls, video calls or chat messaging systems. This reduces the need for team members to physically visit the office to complete their tasks, and they instead complete them in their home or a remote office.

The Company may provide team members with basic office equipment, such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, and headset. High-speed internet is required for the position and is not provided by the Company.

Team members working remotely are expected to maintain their home workspace in a safe manner free from safety hazards. The Company will provide a telecommuter with a safety checklist that must be completed annually. Injuries sustained by the telecommuter in his/her home work environment and in conjunction with his/her regular duties may be covered under workers' compensation policy. Telecommuters must notify an MEA representative of any such injury as soon as possible. The Company is not responsible for any visitors injured at his/her home worksite.
