**Requisitos**:
1. Formación académica:

- Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Economía, o carreras afines.
- Deseable maestría o estudios en Growth Hacking, Marketing Digital o Business Intelligence.

2. Experiência profesional:

- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en roles relacionados con crecimiento empresarial, marketing digital, ventas o desarrollo de negocio.
- Experiência comprobable en la creación e implementación de estrategias de adquisición de clientes y optimización de embudos de ventas.
- Experiência en entornos B2B.

3. Habilidades técnicas:

- Dominio de herramientas de análisis y automatización de marketing como Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, y plataformas publicitarias (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Capacidad de trabajo con datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y medir el impacto de las estrategias de crecimiento.
- Conocimientos avanzados en estrategias de adquisición de usuarios, retención y monetización.

- Pensamiento estratégico y capacidad para transformar análisis en planes de acción medibles.

- Identificar oportunidades para escalar y optimizar los canales de adquisición de clientes, incluyendo SEO, SEM, redes sociales y marketing de contenidos.
